Director/OwnerMarius is a dedicated and highly experienced professional with over 20 years in the electrical industry. As a Director and part owner of Trions Electrical, he brings a wealth of technical expertise, industry insight and a deep commitment to quality workmanship. He is also a qualified electrical inspector, further reinforcing his focus on safety, compliance and excellence.
Known for his strong work ethic, clear communication and hands-on approach, Marius consistently sets high standards on every project. His ability to lead with integrity and deliver results has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Marius’s commitment to doing things the right way — with precision, transparency and care — is a key part of what sets Trions Electrical apart in the industry.
Willem Hendrik Schutte
Director/OwnerWillem is a dedicated and trustworthy leader with a deep-rooted passion for the electrical industry. As Director, part owner and a certified electrical inspector at Trions Electrical, he brings extensive expertise in electrical systems, with specialised knowledge in PLC automation and the automotive sector.
With a strong work ethic and hands-on approach, Willem is committed to delivering high-quality, safety-focused results across every project. His attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and technical insight make him a respected figure within the team and a trusted partner to clients.

ShareholderJaco is a valued member of Trions Electrical’s senior management team and a shareholder, bringing over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. With extensive knowledge across the electrical field — and a particular passion for solar energy — Jaco leads our Solar Division with expertise, dedication and vision.
Known for his calm and approachable nature, Jaco communicates with ease and clarity, making him a trusted point of contact for both clients and team members. His thoughtful, solution-focused approach ensures even the most complex challenges are managed smoothly and professionally.

Michele Nel
AdministratorMichele is the backbone of Trions' operations, bringing structure, reliability and precision to every aspect of our administration. As a loyal and trusted team member, her work ethic and exceptional attention to detail uphold the highest standards of office efficiency.
She expertly manages job scheduling, meetings, staff coordination, documentation and internal communication. Michele also leads our health and safety compliance, ensuring all procedures are followed and continuously improved.
